Project Overview

Our client was undergoing an international rebranding that involved updating their brand identity across multiple product segments. Prior to our involvement, the client faced significant challenges in tracking the progress of the rebranding, leading to inefficiencies and uncertainties. The lack of visibility into the conversion status made it difficult to manage the process effectively. We stepped in to provide a comprehensive solution by developing a data pipeline to track the progress of physical items (e.g., packaging, labels, datasheets) and implementing an AI-driven digital asset monitoring system to ensure that all digital assets were updated to the new brand identity. The collected data was mapped at both regional and business unit levels, giving the client a clear and structured view of the rebranding’s progress. We then integrated the data into Power BI, the client’s chosen Business Intelligence tool, so that the executives could make data-driven decisions based on real-time insights.

Process

We started by designing and developing a data pipeline that tracked print orders for physical items like packaging, labels, and datasheets. This pipeline utilized receipt data to ensure that the production of assets stayed on schedule and gave the client visibility into the status of physical items in real-time. To further support the rebranding effort, we implemented an AI-powered solution that monitored digital assets daily. This system checked whether each digital asset, including websites, marketing materials, and digital documents, had been updated to match the new brand identity. With this solution in place, the client could ensure that the digital transformation was progressing according to their rebranding strategy.

To facilitate better decision-making, we mapped the collected data across regional and business unit levels, allowing for a detailed view of the rebranding process. By visualizing this data, the client was able to identify areas that had completed the transition and those requiring further attention. Finally, we integrated the entire system into Power BI, which acted as a central hub for real-time data tracking. This integration allowed executives to monitor asset statuses and make data-driven decisions regarding resource allocation and project prioritization.

With our solution, the client gained full visibility into their rebranding process, making it easier to manage both physical and digital assets. The real-time tracking and data visualization enabled the client to efficiently monitor the progress of the rebranding across various regions and business units, ensuring all aspects of the project stayed on track. The integration of Power BI empowered executives with actionable insights, allowing them to optimize resource allocation and prioritize tasks based on the data. By having continuous, real-time updates, the client was able to make informed decisions, ultimately leading to a more effective and streamlined rebranding process.
